With students in the UAE now being granted the flexibility to work and earn whilst studying (youngsters aged 15+ are now permitted to work in the UAE), many already have a set of expectations from their future employers.
From an excellent work-life balance to high salaries, here’s what UAE students have in mind – according to a survey conducted by Universum for 2022.
Male students are expecting around Dh18,914 monthly, and Similarly, female university students’ monthly salary expectations are Dh20,036. The survey was carried out in 30 universities and 128 areas of study between October 2021 to July 2022.
